We recommend adding a 5cm safety margin to both width and height to allow for uneven walls and easier installation. Below are guidelines for measuring different wall types.
Standard Walls
Measure the full width and height of the wall. Double-check your measurements for accuracy. Add a 5cm safety margin to both dimensions.
Sloped Walls
Measure the wall at its highest and widest points, ignoring any slopes. Your wallpaper will be printed as a full rectangle, with angled sections trimmed during installation. Recommended safety margin: 5cm in both width and height.
Multi-Sloped Walls
Measure the wall at its longest points, both in width and height. The wallpaper will be produced as a complete rectangle, with angled sections trimmed during installation. Recommended safety margin: 5cm in both width and height.
Walls with Doors, Windows or Other Obstacles
Measure the full width and height of the wall, including doors, windows or other features. All openings are cut out during installation. Add a 5cm safety margin to both width and height.
Multiple Walls
Add together the widths of all walls to be covered, including an additional 5cm per wall as a safety margin. Measure the height from the highest point and add 5cm. Wallpaper can be ordered as one continuous design across multiple walls.
Staircases
Measure from the highest to the lowest point for the height, and from the widest points for the width. The wallpaper will be printed as a full rectangle, with sloped sections trimmed during installation. Recommended safety margin: 5cm (2 inches) in both width and height.
